Returns will be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • The item is damaged or defective upon arrival
  • The item received is incorrect or missing from your order
  • You submit a return request within 3 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition

❌ Please note: Due to the sacred nature of many of our items, we cannot accept returns for products that have been energized, customized, or worn.

Once your return is approved and the item is received:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method (Razorpay / UPI / Bank Transfer) within 5–7 business days
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you’ll need to provide a valid UPI ID or bank account for refund processing

⚠️ Refunds will not be issued for returns without prior approval or for items that do not meet the return conditions.

  • If the return is due to a mistake on our end (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we will arrange pickup or reimburse shipping costs
  • If the return is due to customer preference, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer (if a return is allowed)

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, you may return the product and place a new order separately.
